Atkins says I'll lose weight if I have a burger of that, as long as I don't eat the bun! Losing weight = I'm healthy! Yay!


Yeah, that's not like, a gross oversimplification of what the first part of Atkins is (http://atkins.com/Archive/2001/12/15-464579.html).
