twicketfaceRemember, there are two types of people in this world. Those who own motorcycles and those who hate motorcycles.
I'm in the Stevens Point office today. I drove through an hour or so of fog. It was kinda pretty. Anyway, we had a soup and salad lunch for the staff today, with myself being in charge of the salad. I don't really know a lot of the people in this office well enough to have a conversation with them, so I sat at a crowed table and intensely stared at my meal. I'm just not good at breaking the ice. I'm so thankful that I'll never be in the dating scene. Anyway, I'm leaving in a few hours to stop by my parent's cottage (it's on the way home).
In the 5 hours I've been here, the partner two offices down from me has said "shit", "fucking a" and "fuck" into the phone with an outside voice. None of the times were these said out of anger. He's a pretty jolly guy.
I have onion breath, so you'd best keep your distance.
Edit: I also, apparently, have onion ass. So, watch yourself.

Date: 2004-03-21 06:34 pm (UTC)...so you and Marie were performing in a duo on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno... you were on bass, and Marie was on vocals and guitar.
The music wasn't all that inspired, I'm sad to say... pretty run-of-the-mill singer/songwriter stuff- think Lisa Loeb.
Anyway, that part of the dream was just strange to me and I didn't know where it was coming from... it was the "after performance interview" that was really interesting...
Marie kept talking about how strange, difficult, and exciting it was to be living in L.A., but also kept mentioning how "difficult it is to meet nice men out here..." the whole time, you had the look of a sad puppy dog, but perhaps on the advice of management or the show's production staff, you didn't say a word...
...now I don't know Marie at all, nor do I know you that well... this was really bizarre and I thought you'd find it funny... that is, unless I'm channeling some upcoming event... you guys didn't sign with Capitol and are planning a small tour of the West Coast, are you???? :-)
