You are so needed.
Jan. 29th, 2002 11:55 amYesterday was a Monday in the most traditional sense. Work just stood there, refusing to budge no matter how many times I looked at the clock and screamed, “GO!”
Did some grocery shopping after dinner. I’m always surprised at how expensive our grocery bills are. Now, $50 for two people for a week isn’t a lot of money, but it always costs more than I think it should.
Called Andrea but got the machine. Left a message and got cut off half-way through. While I’m prone to babbling, I was only allotted 20 seconds (this is being generous) to give my spiel. My parent’s answering machine does the same thing, except I usually only get 10 seconds. Just long enough for them to recognize my voice and call me back. It really annoys me when I get cut off, but I guess it shouldn’t.

jonnyv about his mad, phat decorating skills and his eventual move to a new place, still in the Milwaukee area. Hoping I can make it to the f2f and Dismemberment Plan concerts in March in his area.
Worked out on the Gazelle while watching Simpsons and Malcom in the Middle. Also managed to watch Home Movies, so I was pretty TVed out by 9:00. Wrestled with Marie and did a little reading before falling asleep.
Tonight I’ll be working on the Big Brothers Big Sisters website and probably some more on the Video Project. Still have some things to sort out with how I want to do it, but I’m thinking I should be ready for filming by April. Keep your toes crossed.
Random thoughts of the day
royalknight makes one hell of a financial advisor. I think Accounting should be offered as a foreign language like French or Italian.
So, why doesn’t Social Security *invest* its money so we can reduce what people have to pay in every two weeks?
I’d like to get some keychains on our road trip. It’s about the only thing I collect and I haven’t gotten any in a long time.
