My folks had their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday.  Their trip to Europe, obviously, has been cancelled.  They had hoped to spend the day at the state park where they got engaged, but that was just closed earlier this week due to too many people congregating and vandalism (!).  Nate and I stopped and dropped off a card and cake and we had a brief visit (staying across the room from each other).

I ordered a hair clippers as being overdue for a haircut drives me nuts.  And yet, now I want to let my hair grow out to see how long I can stand it.  I guess having a way to remove it is comforting.  Nate needs a trim more than I do, so that might be this weekend's project.  Thank goodness for online video tutorials.

After finishing Tiger King, I'm more convinced than ever that everyone should be able to feed one (1) of their husbands to a tiger without consequence.  Not have to, just have the option.

I'm working my way through You're The Worst and it's hit a weird tone in the third season but I know Paul F. Tompkins is in the fourth season so I'm persisting.  I watched Mallrats in honor of Easter yesterday and should re-watch Max Max: Fury Road just because it's so great.

Pre end-times, my parents loaned me their Harry Potter DVD collection because Kimberly wanted to watch them all.  She asked if she could swing over to borrow them and in turn, loaned me her Mel Brooks DVD boxset.  I've only seen Men in Tights and part of Blazing Saddles, so will be fun to give those a try.  

It snowed here last night (after hitting 60 on Friday), but looks like some nicer weather is ahead.  I need to get out for walks but with 30 mph winds today, I might take a pass.

I think Brent is on the verge of ordering hair clippers. I'd be curious to hear your report on how difficult they are to use.
