twicketfaceSecond post pleading for cash - the totals haven't changed since the last post and I'm hoping that someone (or someones) out there can dig in and help out a good cause. I *really* hate asking for money, but it's a program that is sorely needed. I appreciate any help you can give.

Last night, I went to Eric's to help him upgrade to Service Pack 2 on his computer. He's got a Dell and has experienced the horrible customer service that goes along with a 'brand name' computer. Does anyone else shop locally to get a computer or is it just me? They have a tendency to cost slightly more, but when things go wrong it's nice to be able to make a local call or stop by for service. And, it's supporting the local economy/community. Plus, I think for every local shop you patronize, a puppy gets to wear sunglasses and go surfing.
Anyway, as we were disk checking and downloading, he asked if I wanted to play some GTA: San Andreas on his PS2. And for the next two hours, I realized exactly why I will never have a PS2. I would be single, homeless and unemployed. Between that and Madden, I'd be set. The best part of that game, for me at least, is having control over your wardrobe. At one point, I was running around in white socks with black sandals, a white tank top, boxers with hearts on them, a cowboy hat and an eye patch. Also, a bazooka.
I'm going to lunch with my dad today and tonight I'm leading a discussion on the PHR certification at my alma matter for some HR students who want to take the exam in May. I'm also ODing on the Straight Dope message boards. Neat!
Windows Media Player's 'shuffle' function needs some work. Is there a way to set it so all songs are gone through before repeating? Because I thought that was understood by all humanity.
