I chose this image because it is featured on a web site promoting the book Lance the Amiable Ambulance. A synopsis:
Lance the Amiable Ambulance is a story for children that is fun, exciting, appealing and instructive.The Ambulance service is aware of many occasions when children, sometimes quite young have kept their "cool" and saved lives by acting sensibly. Very often the life that they save is that of a parent. They may have dialled "999" and calmly followed instructions from ambulance control until an ambulance arrived; or remembered something they have learnt or read. What is learned at an early age is often retained to be drawn on in later life, it is the aim of this book to encourage an interest in first aid and other peoples welfare.

I think, perhaps, they mention that children often save the lives of parents to encourage said parents to buy the book for their potential-savior-children!
