Why are some people morons?

Marie had a meeting last night and while she was driving home, a car in the next lane honked at her. She looked over and the two people in the car had hockey masks on. Now, this might be someone's idea of a 'funny joke', but what's the point? Where is the joy in scaring someone else? What is the purpose of frightening someone else?

The gene pool does NOT have a lifeguard on duty...
