twicketfacePresidential issue #twentywhatever: (granted, when I'm president the television line-up will have changed, but let's fantasize about a coup, as I often do) Friends will be immediately taken off the air, all recorded evidence of the show's existence will be destroyed and the family who named their triplet sons after Joey, Chandler and Ross will be dragged out to the street and hit in the head with tack hammers repeatedly.
Or not. I just can't stand that trite, predictible piece of lukewarm dogcrap being passed off as Must See TV.
In other news, I rented some movies this weekend. I usually just go to the new releases, but decided to wander through the rest of the store to see what I could see. I got Meet the Parents, Slacker and Startup.com - three movies I knew Marie wouldn't be interested in seeing. The strange part is that I got all three for two dollars. I was going to ask if my rentals were rung up correctly, but I have a sneaking suspicion that they charge you whatever they feel like if you have more than two movies. Nothing to confirm this, but still.
I just realized that there are probably a thousand bands, a thousand movies and a thousand books that I would love but don't know about. There are also likely a thousand stories I have to tell/live through. Get busy living or get busy dying, right?
