I just want to breathe you in
May. 13th, 2003 04:56 pmIt's a good sign when the only thing on my calendar at work is a reminder to tape the Alkaline Trio performance on Conan tonight.
In looking at the Packer's schedule for 2003, they have an extremely good change of starting the season 5-0. Hosting the Vikings and Bears and then at Arizona and Chicago before returning home against the Seasucks. They have the opportunity to take a strong lead in the division and hopefully do better than last year. They'll have a tough final three games (at San Diego, at Oakland and then home against Denver), but should have a playoff spot locked up before then.
Last night Marie and I made a new recipe with colby cheese, fake beef and cabbage. I think it might be either wicked awesome or not all that great. I can still smell the garlic on my hands today.
My new shampoo has made my head cooties go away, at least for the time being.
Marie and I bought a Sega Genesis for $10 on Saturday at a rummage sale. We still need to get one of the cables (the one that hooks it up to the TV) and we'll be set to go. I got two games with it - Kid Chameleon and some football game from 1993 that should be pretty hilarious. I hope it works, because oldskool gaming systems are great.
I had a dream last night that I could go down on myself. The odd part was I was doing it at work, in the bathroom stall. Surely I would have the sense to take the rest of the day off and bust moves on myself in the comfort of my own home. It made me think of Will Ferrel.
I'm getting back into a good sleep schedule and getting out of bed at 6am. I'm trying to condition myself for the move, since I'll have a 25 minute longer commute to deal with.
Tonight I need to work on the Photo Project. I somehow wonked up the files and they got moved around. I just keep telling myself how great it will be when it's done.

1. What are your best and worst qualities?
My best quality is my compassion and willingness to help out a friend in need.
My worst quality is my own laziness that gets in the way of being productive.
2. About what are you most insecure?
My body (isn't everyone?)
3. What is the most embarrassing thing you've ever done?
I've been lucky and not embarassed myself greatly in my 25 years of existance.
4. How have you changed over the past year?
I think that I've become more passive in the last year. Somewhat disenfranchised and somewhat more focused on myself, I guess.
5. What is the most vivid dream that you can remember?
I remember one dream from when I was younger that had me going into surgery. I was terrified. I kept trying to talk, but had no voice. As they were wheeling me away on the bed, silently screaming, my mom was smiling and waving to me. It was at least 15 years ago, but I still remember it. I have a low-level fear of surgery.
6. How would you describe your ethical code?
I consider myself to be very ethical in my actions. I try to look at situations from the perspective of how my actions will affect other people. I do think that most people do have too much freedom and abuse it for their own personal gain.
7. Have you ever fallen out of love? Why?
With my limited experience in relationships, it's hard to answer. It did take some adjustment once the 'lust' part of my attraction to Marie was reduced. I love Marie differently than when we first started going out, but I think that's pretty standard.
8. About what political issue do you care most, and why?
The ever widening gap between the rich and the poor disturbs me to no end. Most social problems derive from inequality, and I think this is a major contributor.
9. You may erase one incident from your past - do you? What and why?
Since I believe that we must take the good with the bad, I wouldn't erase anything from my past.
10. When are you at your sexiest?
Right after I've showered and shaved in the morning
11. How do you feel about your family and childhood?
I wish that my brother and I had a good relationship, but I honestly don't think it's achievable. Extended family is as messed up and wonderful as most people's.
12. What is the biggest gamble you've ever taken?
Falling for Marie, although I didn't have much choice in the matter. To some extent, switching jobs was a gamble that seems to be paying off just fine.
13. What is your most significant kink?
14. How has religion impacted your life?
At times it's been great and other times it has been horrible. I don't put a lot of stock into organized religion, not as much as I used to at least.
15. Who are your closest friends and why?
My closest friends are the ones who continue to stay in touch with me and keep track of my life because they want to, not out of obligation.
16. Why did you select the screen/aim/online name that you selected?
Because I will be Twicketface until I die
17. When do you feel most yourself?
When I'm with my friends and Marie.
18. What is the most delicious and/or impressive meal you can prepare?
I enjoy making most meals - currently it's the spinach lasagna recipe that is most appetizing.
19. Who was the worst lover you've ever had and why?
By default, I guess that would be Marie. Hey, what did you just infer about my wife??
20. What do you see when you imagine yourself in ten years?
I'll be 35 years old, which is a little daunting. I hope to be a good husband, son, father, employee and person. Living the life and ideals I want.
21. What artworks move you most and why?
Music moves me more than anything visual.
22. How do you define sexy? Attractive?
Sexy and attractive, in my view, have become rather pathetic as of late. I get annoyed when the person showing the most skin gets the most attention. I find intelligence and opinion much more attractive than naked boobies.
23. What is the most complete and yet consise description of yourself that you can think up?
Kind and confused
24. What are you like at your worst?
Grumpy, short-tempered, aggravating
25. In what way have you been most selfless?
I tend to give more than I get with my friends. With most things, I try to set the example instead of give back only what is given to me
26. What kind of pornography or erotica do you like best? If not, what does turn you on?
I tend to like images that are realistic. Porn stars, like sorority girls, have an 'attraction' that is phony and rather ugly to me. I'd rather see attainable body images than impossible standards of beauty. I'd rather see issues of Playboy from the 1970s than issues of today.
27. What is the most illegal thing you've ever done?
Stealing MP3s, I guess.
28. The most immoral?
See above
29. What do you least want me to ask?
About my favorite color.
30. How are you different and similar to the online persona you project?
I tend to be more playful (flirty?) in an on-line setting than in real life.
