Another hum drum day

I just can’t get enough of Jello Biafra, I’d love to hear him speak sometime. I’ll have to find out if he does tours a la Hank Rollins and get my ass to see him. I think on “Get In The Van” Henry knocks Jello, and I’m not entirely sure why.

Tonight Marie and I were supposed to go to Julie’s house for dinner, but it got pushed off until next week. So we’ll be apartment cleaning and getting rid of extra stuff. I think I’m going to give eBay a try to get rid of some extra stuff, but most of it will probably go to the Salvation Army.

Update: I saved my blue dress pants, so the world can breathe a collective sigh of relief. The gel candle that melted on them was hard to get off, but I was ever vigilant and didn’t take no for an answer. Score one for me.

Watched the Packer game last night. I’m a little ashamed about how excited I get over football. It’s a game, for crying out loud. I guess I could have worse vices.

Probably do some uploading of honeymoon pictures tonight or at least scanning more wedding pictures in. Hope I’ve got enough web space, but I should.

Random thoughts of the day (it’s back!):

Have been giving some thought to shaving off my beard. What do YOU think?

I started reading the 2nd Harry Potter book, it’s pretty good. Marie is almost done with the 4th book.

My dad is going to loan me his CD burner for a week and I think I’m going to have a lot of fun with it. Making a few compilation CDs for myself and hopefully reducing my CD collection as best I can.

Yeah, it was that way with Hank until I saw him in Madison in March. It was so incredibly worth it. He spoke for 3 hours nonstop. I've got two of his spoken word CDs en route to my place via two1361.com. What a treat.

perhaps you should ask marie what *she* thinks about shaving off the beard since she is the one who probably has the most contact with it.

She says to keep it, but it's up to me. I just think that I'll look 16 if I do shave it off.

Ok, I'm convinced. The beard stays!
