Does that look like pus to you?

I had a Finance teacher that was a bit on the peculiar side. He had this weird thing about buying a lot of shoes. Either he couldn’t find styles that he liked or he hated shopping for shoes. When he would find one to his liking, he would by 9 or 10 pairs at a time. He didn’t have an unusual size either, like 10 or 11. And he always bought Nikes too, and you know how I feel about that...

This afternoon is going by too slowly for my liking and my headache has doubled in tenacity. Ick. Grocery shopping is normally fun, but I have a feeling I’ll be running down the aisles tonight to hurry up and get home. Good thing we’re having pizza for supper. And butterscotch applesauce cake for dessert. Score!

I called Noah about the showdown of the 0-4 teams for Sunday, but left a message on his voicemail. Hopefully, he’ll be around. That kid just cracks me up. He might even know more about the Simpsons than I do, which is scary in and of itself.

Holy shit, I see blue skies outside. Something tells me that the wind is still going strong though, so it won’t make much of a difference.

I think I need to come up with more interesting stories, my journal entries have become a bit too rambly as of late. And I should really work on my Fuck Best Buy section of my website soon too. Maybe that’ll be a good weekend project.

Ah hell, I guess that’s all for now. See ya when I see ya.

extra pairs of shoes

I wish I had bought 5 pairs or so of all my old shoes when I bought them. I can never find sneakers I like anymore and I used to love certain styles of old (long retired and gone) vans as well as a certain pair of etnies that I wouldn't mind having a new pair of. I need to find a place to buy unused "vintage" sneakers. hehe.

I have too many comments today I think.

I have the hardest time getting shoes. I wear either a size 15 or 16. And since I don't want to support Nike/Rebook/etc companies that use sweatshop labor, it's rather tough to cover my feet.

Maybe check eBay? I ordered a pair of Vans off there, brand new for only $30.
