after all, it is pretty easy to beat someone at tic-tac-toe when they are in the final stages of Alzheimers...


(...was that just too mean spirited??? I mean, we are joking about Reagan- so I don't know if it's possible to be too mean spirited... oh well. I have no regrets!)
