The funniest part of Eric and Lori's wedding came from the rehearsal at the church. The wedding was in a traditional Catholic church in which Eric and Lori (as well as the maid of honor and best man) knelt during the whole ceremony. So, during the rehearsal, they knelt while the rest of the wedding party and those in attendance sat in the pews.

Anyway, the priest was going on (and on, and on...) about how great weddings were and how important it is for the bride and groom to take their time. It's a celebration and there will be plenty of time for celebrating afterwards. He went on to say (while standing in close proximity to those who were kneeling) "Don't be nervous. In the the six years I've been performing weddings, I haven't had anyone go down on me yet.

Now, I'm sure he was meaning this in the "I haven't had anyone faint or run screaming from the church" sense, but given where he was standing (and the recent Catholic scandals), I wasn't sure if I should double over in laughter or applaud his chastity.

Good one!

"I wouldn't fuck you with Ann Coulter's dick."

HAHAHA, and to think all this time I thought she was asexual.

My little sister ([livejournal.com profile] eatthechildren) is bitchin’ smart. When she was in H.S., her government class made it to the national We the People competition, which is a pretty big deal. During the competition, the students break into units and “testify” before “congress.” Afterwards, I’m talking to my sister’s teacher about how bitchin’ my sister’s brain is. He says, “Yes, I gave her the hardest unit.”

I need to see that movie again! Have you read the book? It's quite entertaining.

I have read the book, but it's been about ten years since I did. Both the movie and the book are entertaining.
