My office needs a drum kit.
Apr. 2nd, 2004 01:53 pmAs I was drifting off to sleep, inbetween trying to come up with porno titles using Rod Stewart songs for prompts, I thought about the President. I wondered if I was in his position if I'd be seen any differently. If I was raised in a life of wealth and privilige, would I act significantly different? Or would I feel justified in keeping the status-quo in place and passing if off as 'what's good for the masses'? Would it be harder to keep in check the desire for hunger and greed given my current upbringing? Would it be that much more tempting? I try very hard not to hate the President even though I disagree with much of what he stands for. He's still a human being with flaws and misgivings. I don't think he belongs in a position of power, but is he just a shining example of why the system is fucked?
I think my desire to go swimming naked is fueled by my inability to fit comfortably into a bathtub.
As it turns out, Rampage for the NES isn't really that fun. I'll give it another go this weekend, but I remember the arcade version as being a lot more enjoyable.
