I wish I was good enough to warrant your loyalty

Sometimes, when I'm shoveling I get paranoid that all the neighbors are watching me shovel and snickering at my lack of a coherent game plan. Sometimes, I'll start shoveling from the garage to the end of the driveway. Other times, I'll switch and go from side to side. I'll often stop in the middle of shoveling the driveway to go shovel the porch. I have no consistencies in my approach, but always end up getting it done. Perhaps I should put that on a tee-shirt and wear it all the time.

Last night was especially good for shoveling since there were some parts on the driveway that had been packed down by our car tires and were hard to shovel. However, sometimes when you shovel that part, the edge of the shovel catches the packed part just right and you end up flipping over these huge techtonic plates of snow in chunks. Last night was one of those times. It was great. Too bad I didn't have anyone to throw them at.

My parents also stopped over. They bought Lost in Translation and are letting us borrow it. We're going to watch it tonight. I didn't realize that the girl from Ghost World was in it, and forgot I have a celebrity crush on her too. Maybe it's time to give Aisha the boot...

I'm getting my haircut today. If I had a digital camera, I'd post the before and after shots. Somedays, I'd rather be bald.

I've got Valentine's Day planned out for Saturday. Just need to do a little shopping first.

I just realized that I don't like taking time off since when I come back, it reminds me that all I want to do is have time off.

Houses should be $1,000 and computers should be $150,000.

Please recommend at least five books and five movies for me to see/watch. Anything from the beginning of time to now.
