I got a new, flatscreen monitor at work. My previous monitor was a 17" monster with a scratch on the glass. This one is 15" and quite clear, despite my poor eyesight.
I talked about terminations of employees. I'm realizing I don't have the stomach for some aspects of HR.
I attended computer training in which the presenter highlighted everything that will be bad about the conversion (we are moving our technology-stuff to a server out of state) and finished the session with "It'll all be worth it".
I talked with my dad about this past weekend (Marie and I went to the cottage to help remove some dead trees/branches and pull in the float - it was enjoyable). He's coming over tonight to fix our dishwasher. In case you hadn't heard, my dad kicks serious ass.
I didn't get nearly what I wanted to get done at work, but that's why there are Tuesdays.
I will be meeting Andrea for dinner and then heading home for some homemade cherry cheesecake before playing cribbage with Terry and celebrating my fantasy football win. Thank you sir, may I have another?
