twicketfaceWell, we're moved. It feels very surreal and not like home just yet. The move went better than I could have expected and I wasn't too sore the next day. We still need to finish up the cleaning of our apartment, but that should be done by Wednesday. The phone is hooked up, so give me a call. Cable and cable modem will be hooked up on Wednesday, so the internet drought can finally end. I can't wait to count the pornspam in my Yahoo account, which I haven't been able to access for 2 weeks. I probably should cancel the damn thing anyway.
I spent almost three hours pulling out Bastard Weeds (dandelions) in the backyard last night. I'm looking forward to having flora to take care of. I think we're getting a lawnmower from my grandpa, who fixes them in his spare time. We'd like to get a push mower (for environmental reasons) but the lawn is much bigger than I remember. Time will tell.
I need to stop having minor panic attacks at work. I get myself so worked up about things and they turn out to be minor. I'm usually more level-headed than this. Part of it is venturing out into the unknown and a fear of fucking up. I know it will pass.
