Whatcha' reading? Anything that I should go and look up?
I haven't gotten into any books lately, still making my way through all the back issues of The Sun. I highly recommend anything by David Sedaris (Me Talk Pretty One Day, for example) or anything by Brian Andreas. Good stuff.
One of my all time favourite lines, from when Homer is running a speakeasy from his garage (and runs out of liquor): "What about some caulk? Nice, tasty caulk!"
To show what a nerd I am, I believe the line is "...caulk? Delicious caulk?!"
Politeness is just an ounce of consideration and forethought. It really isn't that hard. For this reason, rude people bug the hell out of me. If When I'm dictator of the world, all the rude people in the world will be transported to an island, weaponless, along with some unfed lions and tigers. Grr. Argh.
I need to work on letting those little things go. It's silly, really. But now matter how clearly silly it is, I get irked.
My sister used to catch them in her hand, tackle me, then unleash the unholiness right in my face.
My brother once offered to pay me a dollar if I could smell his armpit for one minute after he delivered his paper route one terribly hot August day. I lasted all of .03 seconds. Siblings are evil.
Dave and I had a talk about this the other day. I'm of the same opinion. He pointed out that the government must filter through tons of information of that nature. Unfortunately, that was the tiddy that got overlooked.
I'm not a believer in conspiracy theory, but I've read some strong evidence that in order for 9/11 to happen, dozens (if not hundreds) of people had to be completely inept. But given the administration...
I sense a story! Are you going to spill?
Well, pre-college, I had exactly one girlfriend. That was in 8th grade. I just never saw myself as attractive, so why would anyone else? Luckily, Marie changed all that.
I'm going to go and check out your e-mail thingamajiggy. I think it's cool that you don't get SPAM (although, it does taste yummy fried to a crisp and over rice).
I've been very happy with it. I think it supports a good cause too.
Sorry this took so long to respond to. Hope the wedding and moving plans are going well.
