twicketfaceLast night was better than the night before. Got some of my MP3 collection renamed and cleaned out, started on the Photo Project (re-labeling the photos so they appear in chronological order by year and writing descriptions for each photo (how does one man get to be so anal-retentive?)) and did some reading. Our toilet handle broke (not the actual handle, but the plastic part that is (was) attached to the handle), so we have to lift the lid and flush it manually. Those two sentences have nothing to do with one another.
Today is the start of my compilation CDs at work. I file all compilation CDs under "Various" and I have a lot of them. Atticus I and II, Before You Were Punk 2, The Beginning of the End, Commie Compilation, Deep Elm Samplers #2 and #3, Initial Records PUNK ROCKER Sampler, Fat Music V, Life Fat, Die Young, and The Life of Brian Vol I, II and II 1/2. The Initial Records is a lot of bands I don't really care for (Botch, Dillinger Escape Plan, Silent Majority, The Low End Theory, etc), so anyone who wants it should let me know and I'll mail it to you, post-haste. I love love love So Soon by Seven Storey Mountain. All samplers should start out this rockin'.
I had a breakfast meeting today for employers. Instead of a buffet, they just brought plates of french toast and bacon. I fought the urge and left the bacon. Silly, since I would think more food would get wasted this way. The meeting was about change and stress and had some pretty good presenters to it. I also went to lunch with two former co-workers. One just bought a house on the same street (about 4 blocks away) as the one we saw a house on over the weekend (one that we didn't have an appointment for, but saw from the outside).
Terry will be in town tonight for some cribbage and hilarity. I hope to get the final parts of his bachelor party put together so we can get the word out. I like weddings.
I've been having some bad hair days lately. Maybe it's time for a new hair style.
